Everyday is a blessing and everyday is an adventure. Although we will let each day unfold with its daily gifts and surprises, we will work towards providing a reliable and dependable schedule so everyone knows what to expect.
Here is a high level schedule of each day:
Everyday of the hike will involve walking meditation for the first half of the day. The monastics will provide a daily intention which all of the hikers will focus on as they hike and enjoy the nature around them.
Walking Meditation is a practice that Thich Nhat Hanh has taught and promoted for a while now. Learn more about the practice.
